The circulation head (circulation sub) is manufactured by integral forging of petroleum machinery pipes,which is divided into drill pipe circulation head,union Circulation Sub and casing circulation head.
The Circulating Subs materials are AISI4130, AISI4140, AISI 4145H, N80, L80, P110, etc.The thread connection is available NPT,LPT,FIG 1502 hammer union,API BTC,LTC,STC,premium thread.drill pipe tool joint IF,REG,XT55 etc.
The upper part of the casing circulation head is a drill pipe box connection or FIG 1502 union thread or LPT thread,NPT thread, and the other end is a casing Pin thread with a hollow cross-section conversion joint.
The casing head is an important connector between the casing and the wellhead device, used for connecting between the casing layers, between the casing and the blowout preventer, and for supporting and connecting with the oil (gas) wellhead after completion.
Circulating swage's bottom end is connected to the surface casing through threads, and circulating swedge's upper end is connected to the wellhead device or blowout preventer through flanges or clamps. Support the weight of each layer of casing through a hanger, withstand the weight of the blowout preventer, form a pressure seal between the inner and outer casings, provide an outlet for releasing pressure between the casing columns, and perform special operations in drilling and production processes.
